    Proof of funds ensures that all investors are financially ready to act on deals, which protects both landlords and other investors. It helps us verify serious buyers, speeds up transactions and keeps the process safe and efficient for everyone involved.

  • Is there a fee to list my property on Sara Sourcings?

    There is a registration fee of £50 to register your property on Sara Sourcings wesbite to cover admin costs. Your listing does not expire on our website unless you choose to take it down.

    After a completed deal a success fee will be charged depending on the value of the property sold which starts from £1,500.

  • How are deals vetted?

    Every deal goes through a basic due diligence process where we check the property details, financials and suitability for investors. We aim to present only credible, high-potential opportunities but we always encourage investors to carry out their own independent checks before committing.

  • How long does it take to find an investor?

  • Do you guarantee returns or deals?

    We provide vetted opportunities but final due due diligence and investment decisions are the investor’s responsibility. We can’t guarantee profits but we ensure that every deal we share is credible and worth consideration.
