1. Services

• We provide property sourcing services for investors, landlords, families, and first-time buyers.

• Services include property introductions, negotiations, and support with contracts.

• We operate as a registered limited company.

• Investors must provide proof of funds before full property details are shared; investors without proof may not be prioritised.

• Investors should conduct their own due diligence; we provide vetted opportunities but do not guarantee returns or profits.

• Landlords pay a £30 admin fee to list properties; listings remain live until removed by the landlord.

• A success fee applies only upon the completion of a deal.

• Landlords must provide accurate property information and have the authority to list the property.

• Fees are non-refundable.

• Admin fees are non-refundable even if a property is removed from the site.

• Sourcing and success fees are only charged when a deal completes.

• Personal information, proof of funds, and property details are stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR.

• We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• We do not guarantee returns, profits, or successful transactions.

• Users of our service enter agreements at their own risk.

• Sara Sourcings Property Group Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages arising from decisions made based on our service.
